Premier Bet Zone Registration and Login, Explained
Registration itself takes about two minutes. What trips people up is verification and login recovery, so this guide covers all three, plus the mistakes that cause an account to be locked later.
Before you start
You need to be 18 or over. Tanzanian law is strict on this and accounts registered by minors are closed with funds forfeited.
You also need a mobile number registered in your own name. This is the single most important detail on this page. Bookmakers match your betting account against the name on your mobile money account at withdrawal. If you register with a number belonging to a relative or a friend, deposits will work fine and withdrawals will fail, sometimes months later with a balance sitting in the account.
Have ready:
- Your own SIM, registered to your own NIDA details
- A working email address you actually check
- Your date of birth exactly as it appears on your ID
Registering
Go to the operator’s own site. Type premierbet.co.tz into the address bar yourself rather than following a link from a search ad or a forwarded message, because brand-lookalike domains are common in this market.
- Open the Register or Jisajili option.
- Enter your full name exactly as registered with your mobile network. Not a shortened version, not a nickname. A mismatch here is the number one cause of blocked withdrawals.
- Enter your phone number in the format the form requests, usually without the leading zero if a country code field is present.
- Enter your email.
- Set your date of birth.
- Choose a password. Use something you have not used elsewhere.
- Accept the terms and submit.
You will normally receive an SMS code to confirm the number.
Never share that SMS code
The code that arrives is what proves you control the number. Nobody legitimate will ever ask you for it. Not customer support, not an agent, not someone offering to “help you get your bonus”. Anyone requesting it is trying to take over your account or your mobile money.
Verification (KYC)
Licensed operators are required to confirm identity before paying out. You will usually be asked for a photo of your NIDA card or another accepted ID, and sometimes a selfie holding it.
Do this immediately after registering, not at the moment you want to withdraw. Verification can take from a few minutes to a couple of days, and doing it while you have a pending withdrawal is how people end up frustrated.
Upload documents only through the operator’s own account area. No legitimate process involves sending ID photos over WhatsApp or Telegram to an individual.
Logging in
Log in with the phone number or email you registered, plus your password. If you use the Android app, the login is the same account.
Check the address bar every time. A login page that is not on the operator’s own domain is a credential-harvesting page, and they are convincing. Bookmark the real site once and use the bookmark.
Forgotten password
Use the Forgot details or Reset password option on the login screen. Enter the phone number or email on the account and follow the reset link or code that arrives.
If the reset never arrives, the usual causes are: the number on the account is different from the one you are checking, the email went to spam, or the account was registered with a different contact detail than you remember. Contact the operator’s own support through the contact channels listed on their site.
Common problems
“Account already exists.” You have registered before, possibly some time ago. Use password recovery rather than creating a second account. Duplicate accounts are a terms violation and both can be closed.
Name mismatch at withdrawal. The account name and the mobile money name must match. If you made a typo at registration, contact support and ask for a correction, with your ID ready. Fix this early.
Account suspended. Common causes are duplicate accounts, suspected shared use, or failed verification. Support is the only route, and only the operator can resolve it.
Cannot receive the SMS code. Poor network, a full message inbox, or a number registered on a different network than entered. Try again on a stable signal.
One account, one person
The terms of licensed operators are essentially universal on this: one account per person, per household, per device, per payment method. Sharing accounts, or registering on behalf of someone else, voids bonuses and can void winnings. It also creates a real problem if the person whose name is on the mobile money account is not you.
Frequently asked questions
Can I register by SMS?
No. Registration is completed online through the website or the app.
How long does verification take?
Usually within a day, sometimes much faster. Submit clear, uncropped photos to avoid a resubmission.
Can I change my registered phone number?
Usually only through support, with identity confirmation. It is not typically a self-service change, precisely because it is what an account thief would want to do.
Is registration free?
Yes. Anyone charging a registration fee, or asking you to send money to “activate” an account, is running a scam.
Play responsibly
You must be 18 or over. Set a deposit limit before you start rather than after. If betting has stopped being entertainment, licensed operators are required to offer self-exclusion and deposit limits in your account settings, and using them is not a failure.
